The Dead Sea remains a leading contender, but with 28 amazing sites across the world fighting it out for a place in the top 7,the Lowest Place on Earth needs your vote to be sure…

Being named as one of the Seven Wonders would be a huge boost for tourism, for an amazing sea that is shared between Jordan, Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
But perhaps more importantly, it would raise awareness to the environmental plight of the Dead Sea, whose water level is lowering by one meter every year. Spencer Tunick managed to get 1000 Israelis to strip naked in order to raise awareness, now here’s your chance!
Just think, those of you who have experienced the thrill of floating in the Dead Sea – another few years and that experience may well disappear for good…
